  • Booking is easy! Click the Book Online & Gifts tab in our menu or click here to book online. Making an account helps you keep track of appointments and book in the future on your own time. You can also call us at any time to book an appointment.

  • Yes, we have plenty of parking spaces! We are located at Suite C, closest to Roll Road. Our entrance is also ADA compliant.

  • Yes!! We are extremely proud to offer ADA-compliant massage tables that lower and raise to allow guests with wheelchairs to comfortably experience our incredible massage and body treatment services. We also offer spacious, individualized wet and dry rooms for facials and waxing plus all of our bathrooms that accommodate our guests with wheelchairs.

  • We understand that life happens, but please contact us 48 hours before your appointment at the latest. Any appointment that is canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the appointment time will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service that was booked. If no credit card is on file, you will need to pay this fee before booking your next appointment with us.

  • We understand that life happens, but please contact us 48 hours before your appointment at the latest. Any client who no-shows their appointment (does not attend appointment without advanced notice) will be charged 50% of the service total. This charge compensates our service providers for their time that was reserved specifically for you!

    The spa may reschedule late appointments.

  • We do not offer refunds. However, if you are unsatisfied with your service for any reason, please call 716.741.2201 or contact us at appointments@thewspa.com

  • Cash payments are preferred to avoid high transactional credit card fees.
